They are very playful, actually, and like to run around — much more fun to watch than giant pandas. As I recall, the National Zoo in Washington, DC has one sign that said giant pandas sleep 18 hours a day. Several yards away was another sign that said they ate 16 hours per day. Nice work if you can get it.
